"Yeah, no.I'm fine." I answered, as Brian furrowed his eyebrows, not entirely believing my response. "Dude.you okay?" He asked sincerely, as I swallowed hard and nodded my head. It wasn't until Brian placed his hand to my shoulder that I was knocked out of my daze. My eyes were fixated on him, as the other two conveyed their ideas. I watched on the screen, as Murray shuffled around the shop floor, awaiting his first orders. It seems easy when up in the safety of the backroom, but when you're out on the floor, all alone with no one else to help you push through the tasks set, it is tough as hell. They were clearly discussing what to have me do, making me feel all the more nervous and scared. I pushed the earpiece into my ear, hearing a muffle of voices. The guys had been making it tough for one another all day, so there's no way that they'll go soft on me, not when Joe has that look in his eye.
It was my turn next, and I wasn't looking forward to it. Sal's turn was next, as he sauntered out onto the floor, before being brutally picked on by Joe, ending in a thumbs down. "Absolutely not." He whispered into his mic, before racing from the scene, leaving the woman puzzled, as she continued on with her shopping. He scratched at his temple, as he winced. "Tell her that no pregnant women are allowed in the store." Sal laughed through the microphone, watching as Brian froze in his spot his cheeks blushed and his eyes wide. Next up was Brian, he stepped out onto the floor, acting all confident.until he received his first task. Joe has no shame, he will do pretty much anything. He passed with flying colours, of course he did. After we put him through extreme nosing, trying to get someone's hat on his head without them noticing, and lying on top of another, his turn was over. Joe was up first, not scared of what we had planned for him to do. The crew went over the challenge, showing us where each individual camera sat on the floor to capture the reactions of the marks.
My eyebrows furrowed, as I dropped my things onto the table, and got into place. I entered the room, being greeted by Brian and Sal, but Joe remained silent, he didn't even look at me. I checked myself over in the mirror one last time, before slipping on my shoes, and heading out of the door.īy the time I had arrived on set, I was the last one there. It was wooden, and caught the eye of passers-by.
After having shaved my morning stubble, and dressed in a pair of jeans, baby blue shirt, and a waistcoat, it was time for me to put my bowtie on. I stood from my bed, and made my way into the bathroom to get myself ready for the day. I wasn't sure why he was so against me, but there had to be a reason for his behaviour.there had to be an explanation of some sorts. Brian and Sal were beginning to do the same, but there was something different about how they handled the jokes – they didn't take them too far like Joe always did. He always picked up on my faults, using them to his advantage. It wasn't so much the teasing that bothered me, it was more so the fact that I was targeted by them all, especially Joe. Another day to be picked on by my best eat. I apologise again for my lack of uploads lately, a lot has been going on.Īs the alarm blared into my ears, and the morning sun blinded me awake, I readied myself for another day at work. Also, if you sent in any requests before Christmas, please resend them as my phone wiped and I lost them all.
